Meet Our Managing Director
Artur is an astute Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years’ experience working as a trusted advisor to business owners and professionals. He and his wife Marina started Tax Window in 2009 with a vision to create an accounting and taxation advisory that could provide genuine long-term support.
Artur specialises in tax planning and advisory, helping both businesses and individuals navigate complex tax legislation. Artur's knowledge of tax matters is the best in the business. He has a way of pinpoining opportunities others miss, from simple savings through to sophisticated tax planning strategies.

Hailing from the sunny beaches of Odesa, Artur is fluent in both English and Russian. In his free time, Artur enjoys watching the AFL (go Kangas!) and spending time with family.
Why We're Different
Week 1
Before your first appointment, join us for a free meet and greet session. Gather all relevant documents and have a no obligation strategy session with our accountants.
Week 2
This is the beginning of your client journey, your first appointment. Bring along your documents (don't stress, we'll tell you what to bring), it's time to sort out your tax!
Week 3
We don't like to beat around the bush, within one week of your initial consultation we'll be working away on your tax strategy. If needed, we'll ask you to send any extra documents or clarify any details.
And remember, if you have any questions during this process, ask away!
Week 4
All finished! Although we address most client matters in under one week, more complex affairs can take us a little longer.
In this case we'll ask you to join us for a follow up consultation to present our work and field any questions.
Week 5
We go above and beyond other accountants, which is why we offer a complimentary tax planning session for all clients.
